How Does the Scrap Tire Cutting Machine Work?
The tire block cutter consists of a frame, a motor, transmission mechanism, balance equipment, two move knives, a fixed knife, and the compression gear. The working principle are as follows:
- The rubber strip cut by the cutter directly enters into the feeding port of the tire block cutter
- The pressing device fixes the rubber strip firmly to prevent it from sliding during the cutting process
- The motor starts and drives the transmission mechanism to drive the two movable knives to move up and down or sideways.
- The movable knife and the fixed knife cooperate to cut the rubber strip into uniform small pieces for subsequent deep crushing processing
