How Does the Scrap Tire Cutting Machine Work?

 The tire block cutter consists of a frame, a motor, transmission mechanism, balance equipment, two move knives, a fixed knife, and the compression gear. The working principle are as follows:

  1. The rubber strip cut by the cutter directly enters into the feeding port of the tire block cutter
  2. The pressing device fixes the rubber strip firmly to prevent it from sliding during the cutting process
  3. The motor starts and drives the transmission mechanism to drive the two movable knives to move up and down or sideways.
  4. The movable knife and the fixed knife cooperate to cut the rubber strip into uniform small pieces for subsequent deep crushing processing
