How Does the Tire Bead Remover and Cutter Machine Work?

The tire debeader and cutting machine is mainly composed of the main frame, hydraulic system, cutter, control system, etc.

The operator will place the tire at the cutting station then place the tire in the cut-off position.

After the equipment is started, the hydraulic system drives the cutter to remove and separate the embedded steel wire ring on the side wall of the tire.

After cutting the ring, the tire is transferred to the cutting position.

Under the hydraulic pressure, the tire is cut into several pieces of rubber material by the cutter, which is convenient to enter the next crushing process.
