How Does The Tire Sidewall Cutting Machine Work?

The truck tire sidewall cutter consists of a work disc, a motor, a reducer, a cutter assembly, operating and adjusting levers, a tensioner operating handle, and a base. The working procedure is as follows:

1. Place the waste tires on the working plate of the Rim Cutter and secure them with the clamping device.

2. Start the equipment, the motor drives the working plate to rotate, and the tires rotate synchronously.

3. Operate the up and down lifting levers to control the position of the knives, and when the knives are pressed down to the position of the tire rims, the knives are controlled by the operating levers to cut downward.

4. The blade rotates and cuts, realizing the effective separation of tire bead and tire ring.
