How Does The Tire Strip Cutting Machine Work?

The rubber strip cutter is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, gear&protection covers, a main axis, an a upper and down knife, and base. Its working principle is as follows:

Step 1: Place the wire removed rubber tire in the machine tool inlet.

Step 2: The motor drives the reducer, which drives the main axis and the upper and lower knives to rotate.

Step 3: Rubber tires are cut into long uniform strips by the shearing force of two circular knives.

Step 4: The cut rubber strip goes directly into the tire block cutter for block cutting.
